Lt. Teague was reassigned to another crew and was killed when a chute did not open when that crew went down.
Lt Bullock was not on the mission we went to Switzer as he was at Loran school..
The replacement for Teague was Lt. Bud Ayers Co-pilot.
There were in other words 9 on the crew to Switzerland and only eight of the original crew from Wendover
